We’re available by phone and WhatsApp during Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST. Messages sent by email or through the contact form are usually answered within 24 hours.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, please call, WhatsApp us, or send a quick note through the form, and we’ll help you out.
If you have any issue with your order (such as tracking, missing items, damage, or wrong size), please reach out to us with your order number. The fastest way is by WhatsApp or phone, but you can also email or use the contact form. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your delivery or order, we will refund you or provide a replacement.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
We currently ship across the United States. International shipping may be available in the future—please check back or contact us for updates.
